Note: This is a draft that must be reviewed by the seller before the shop opens for sales.
1. Seller
The shop is operated by OVIT Consulting AS. Company registration number, business address and contact details to be filled in here before launch.
2. Prices
All prices are in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. Shipping is added on top and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
3. Orders
The agreement is binding once your order has been registered and you have received an order confirmation by email. Please check that the confirmation matches your order.
4. Payment
Payment is made at checkout using the methods available at any given time. The amount is charged when the order is confirmed.
5. Delivery
Items are produced once you order and shipped afterwards. Expected delivery time is stated on the product page and in the order confirmation.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a right of withdrawal under Norwegian law. The deadline is 14 days from receiving the item. Notify us by email within the deadline.
Note that the right of withdrawal may be limited for items produced specifically to your specification. This must be clarified before launch, since the merch is printed on order.
7. Complaints
If an item is defective, Norwegian consumer purchase law applies. Get in touch with a photo of the fault and we will sort it out.
8. Disputes
If we cannot reach agreement, the matter may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority.
